The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Returns and exchange details
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery date. The buyer is responsible for return postage, and I will refund the full transaction amount once the item is delivered with me.
Refunds cannot be given if the item is damaged or altered in any way by the buyer, or arrives back with me in a condition which means it is no longer re-sellable. As such, please be sure to check and package return items carefully.
Refunds cannot be given on customised items as they are bespoke.
I'm in China and post out orders as soon as I have them ready.
Standard shipping is E-PACKET International Standard. Please get in touch if items do not arrive within 30 days, and I'll do my best to help locate the lost items and negotiate a refund from the relevant postal services. This can usually be resolved if the postal service was at fault. If incorrect shipping information was provided by the buyer, I could not offer a refund or replacement.
I cannot take responsibility for any additional customs charges applied to international orders. This is very unlikely, but check the policies of the country you wish to have your order shipped to.
